AT THIS STAGE, WHAT IS NEEDED MOST
IS A GOOD MORAL LEADERSHIP
Dear brothers & sisters,
A voluminous discussion is recently rampant regarding ideal administrative leadership and systems of transfer/posting in relation to efficient administration. Examples of Baba’s actions are cited and debated upon. This, according to me, is sacrilegious. We have no right and/or capacity to evaluate, assess and pass judgements on Baba’s actions. We cannot and should not establish precedences based on Baba’s various administrative actions. This will be highly erroneous. Baba was all-knowing Supreme Master and His mission was a man-making mission. His postings and transfers were obviously not based on administrative efficiency or maximum output. He could have and did extract work even from donkeys, mules and goats. (He used to say so) His postings and transfers were largely based on the past samskaras of the person i.e. to get his samskaras rapidly exhausted or with a view to eliminate ego of the person. We mortals have neither the capacity nor the right to cause burning of ego or other samskaras. By citing the examples of actions taken by Baba, for a given case or circumstance, and aping Him, we will not only fail miserably, but we may indirectly assess or judge His actions, which is highly sacrilegious.
This is the biggest blunder committed by all post-mahaprayan administrations – viz. to ape Baba or justify their own actions relying on Baba’s action. We have no right to copy or justify actions based on such preedences. Our duty is to follow what He has given to us in black and white either by way of Caryacarya or procedure orders (provided such procedure orders have not been tampered with by selfish manipulators).
For postings and transfers, we should stick to the time-tested systems of (1) skill-base (2) efficiency-base (efficiency – both intellectual and spiritual) and need-base.
Also, the administration’s composition and/or seat-reservations, etc. are not the prime need of today. I totally agree with Dada -----------? that today’s basic need is to put in place “a good moral leadership. At this stage that’s what’s needed most. All other issues will be dealt with as we proceed further.”
Devoted and dedicated
To Him and His mission

Ashesa Didi ran to her lover paramatma dada on return from india in January. Elopers attachment is more important to the couple than the morality.
Goenka failed to do margii meet. Just like Paramatma failed in GAC. P then met and loved Ashesa Didi. This is way of fallen.
it would appear that what is required is a "good man"
