Resolution of Delhi Meeting - 12/13 April 2008

Dear brothers and sisters,

In continuation of my email dated 16.04.2008 in which I have given Minutes of Delhi Meeting held on 12/13 April 2008. I have to give hereinbelow the details of the resolutions passed thereat.

The members present resolved that such meetings are useful in developing understanding amongst margiis and for furtherance of all-round unity. Therefore with aim of promoting unity such meetings should be organized at regular intervals at different locations.
The incident at Pune, in which DSL did was insulted and assaulted physically, was condemned. Members further resolved that in future if any workers face such harassments, the members of respective state committees will extend full protection and support to concerned worker. For Pune particularly it was resolved to organize a Sadhana Shivir to demonstrate margiis' unity.
It was resolved that we should organize common DMS as a concrete step towards unity. A sub-committee has been formed and authorized to hold talks with Ranchi and Kolkata administration and workout modalities with either or both group for joint DMS. The members of this sub-committee are Ac. K Sood, Dr. PD Singh, Ac.Nityashuddhananda Avt., Ac. Priyakrishnananda and Ac. Ananda Manjari Avadhutika.

It was resolved that global meeting of all margiis and workers of all over the world should be organized either on 26/27/28 December 2008 or during 03/04/05 January 2008 so that the delegates can attend the annual DMS simultaneously. A Sub-committee was formed to organize global meeting and its members are Ac.Citkrsnananda Avt. (Convenor), Ac.Tirthananda Avt., Ac.Ananda Vibha Avk, Ac.Pranavatmakananda Avt., Ac.Ananda Kaushiki Avtk. Vishvadeva (USA), Dr.Jitendra Singh (Australia), Niranjan (Brazil), Keshava (Taiwan), S S Goenka (India)
It was resolved that dialogue should be pursued with Kolkata group to forge closer unity. A core committee was formed and authorized to hold discussions and pursue the matter.
