Dear brothers and sisters,
You are aware that the Neo-Humanist Education Foundation having its corporate office at JC-48, Khirki Extension,Malviya Nagar , New Delhi--110017, had been publishing and printing PROUT magazine since 1995. During the course of its functioning it had appointed Acarya Madhuvratananda Avadhuta as printer and publisher in the year 2003.
It will indeed hurt your conscience to learn that Acarya Madhuvratananda Avadhuta during the tenure of his office committed several irregularities and illegalities without the knowledge and consent of the Trustees of the Foundation. As soon as his irresponsible acts came to the notice of the Trustees, they were left with no option but to take a serious view of the matter.
Under the circumstances they were reluctantly compelled to discharge Acarya Madhuvratananda Avadhuta from service. Necessary steps were initiated and formalities completed under due process of law with intimation to the Deputy Commisionar of Police ( Licencing ), the appropriate authority.
The said appropriate authority after necessary investigation and having been satisfied with the lawful action taken by the aforesaid Trustees, gave his written concent cancelling the authorisation given to Acarya Madhuvratananda Avadhuta to act as printer , publisher and editor.
The appropriate authority has authenticated the declaration made by Acarya Santosananda Avadhuta under the authority of the Foundation by its communication dated 8. 2. 2008 to assume charge of new publisher, printer and editor of PROUT magazine.
The magazine will for a while be published monthly and thereafter with regard to the directions given by our dear and revered Baba, after necessary infrastructure has been created the magazine will be progressively increase its frequency.
To meet the wishes of our dear Lord, it is earnestly requested:
1) Please send us appropriate thought-provoking articles on national and international issues on socio-economic, political, cultural and spiritual topics.Your writings should reflect the Proutistic views and neo-humanistic analysis preferably in the background of contemporary situations.
2) Please help us in enrolling maximum number of subscribers for the maximum utilisation of the publication of this journal.The annual subscription is Rs.150 ( India ),$20 (Overseas ).No extra postage charges.
3) All correspondence henceforth be kindly directed to Acarya Santosananda Avadhuta and/or Acarya Premendrananda Avadhuta for any matters regarding Prout at the corporate office of the Foundation.
4) PROUT will not hold itself responsible for any dealings of whatsoever nature anybody may have with Acarya Madhuvratananda Avadhuta henceforth.
